Woodford County

The Woodford County Community Fund is a permanent charitable resource that supports local causes and organizations.

A local advisory board puts donations of all sizes to good use by making grants to meet the needs and vision of the community. They partner with individuals, businesses and nonprofits to make Woodford County a better place to live, learn, work and play.

Because of generous community support, the Woodford County Community Fund has helped bring meaningful projects to life, including:

  • Granted $10,000 to Woodford County Schools and $10,000 to Woodford Food Bank in support of efforts during the 2025 SNAP food crisis
  • Spark Cafe
  • Huntertown Interpretive Park Signs
  • Woodford Theatre
  • Annual support of local organizations participating in Bluegrass Gives
  • and so much more!

Start where you are. Use what you have. Give what you can.

It doesn’t take one person giving a million dollars—it takes a community that believes in where they live.

That belief is what fuels the Woodford County Community Fund. Together, we’re building something lasting: a permanent resource dedicated to supporting the people, places, and possibilities that make Woodford County home.

We accept a wide range of assets, providing you the ultimate flexibility in charitable giving.

Help us give to Woodford County today, tomorrow, and forever.
