Harrison County

The Harrison County Community Fund is a permanent charitable resource that supports local causes and organizations.  

A local advisory board puts donations of all sizes to good use by making grants to meet the needs and vision of the community. They partner with individuals, businesses and nonprofits to make Harrison County a better place to live, learn, work and play. 

In the past, we have contributed to and collaborated with the following projects: 

  • Outfield fence for new softball fields
  • Splash Pad Challenge Grant
  • Picnic Table for Rev Ross Park
  • Walking Dead Mural
  • Lighting of the walking path of -Veterans Run Park
  • HC Dolly Parton Imagination Library
  • Downtown Pocket Park
  • Kids Town Playground renovation
  • Nonprofits and Businesses during COVID
