The Franklin County Community Fund is a permanent charitable resource that supports local causes and organizations.
A local advisory board puts donations of all sizes to good use by making grants to meet the needs and vision of the community. They partner with individuals, businesses and nonprofits to make Franklin County a better place to live, learn, work and play.
Because of generous community support, the Franklin County Community Fund has helped bring meaningful projects to life, including:
- Established the Franklin County Flood Relief Fund
- Offered a $5,000 challenge match for the Frankfort Feeds Fund
- Park and Recreation Christmas Tree
- Supported the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation
- Kings Center in collaboration with Franklin County Rotary Foundation
- Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Frankfort – 3 year pledge
- Save the Grand Theatre – Voices from the Balcony
- Family Circle – Fast Track Program
- Annual support of local organizations participating in Bluegrass Gives
- And so much more!
