You may make a grant recommendation as soon as your fund is established – often the same day. To start the grant process, simply phone, mail, FAX or email your grant suggestion to our staff.
To process your grant recommendation, we need to know the name and address of the organization, the amount of the recommended grant, and any special instructions relating to the purpose of the grant. We also need to know the name of a contact person and the telephone number of the organization, if possible.

In addition, our on-line program, Community Bridges, is available to assist you in your grant-making efforts. Nonprofit organizations have been invited to post their top three (3) needs. While BGCF has not researched or prioritized the needs listed, staffers are happy to request more information from a charity on behalf of a prospective donor and can keep such inquiries anonymous. You can then use this information to make informed charitable decisions.
